No. Outpiq posts from your real browser session via a Chrome extension — not through Reddit's API. Actions are spaced with random delays to mimic human behavior. Reddit cannot distinguish it from manual posting.

How does AI lead scoring work?

The AI analyzes each Reddit post for buying intent, relevance to your product, and engagement potential. It scores leads 0-100, so you always focus on the highest-quality opportunities first.

1 credit = 1 AI action: generating a reply, drafting a DM, writing an engage comment, or creating a marketing post. Lead discovery (scanning Reddit) is free and doesn't consume credits.

Do I need the Chrome extension?

Yes, for autopilot posting. The extension posts from your actual browser session, so Reddit sees normal human activity. You can still use the dashboard to discover leads and draft replies without it.

Can I cancel my Outpiq subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel with one click from Settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period — no penalties, no questions asked.

How fast will I see results with Outpiq?

Most users see their first relevant leads within minutes of creating a project. The AI scans immediately on project creation, then on your plan's cadence (every 6-24 hours). First replies can be posted within the hour.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using outpiq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

outpiq is an AI-powered Reddit growth platform that helps SaaS founders and indie hackers discover leads on Reddit, generate personalized outreach, manage reply and DM queues, build karma, and plan their posting schedules. The Service includes a web dashboard, a Chrome extension, and associated APIs.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or removed from the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

outpiq operates on a paid subscription model with no free plan. Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Credits system: Your subscription includes a monthly allocation of credits. Each AI-generated action (reply, DM, comment) consumes one credit. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Top-ups: Additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-up packs at any time.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for credits that have already been consumed. Unused subscription time may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. Contact us to request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Price changes: We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass automated outreach that violates platform norms
Create fake Reddit accounts or use the Service with accounts that violate Reddit's Terms of Service
Impersonate another person or entity
Post misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
Circumvent rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or access controls on Reddit or any third-party platform
Harass, bully, or threaten other users on Reddit or any other platform
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, and any subreddit-specific rules. outpiq is not responsible for any actions taken against your Reddit account by Reddit.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by outpiq and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as reply drafts or marketing posts), but you grant us a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, outpiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, harmful activity, or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including liability limitations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which outpiq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
