4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate outpiq:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) — Infrastructure hosting, database (DynamoDB), and authentication (Cognito). Data stored in EU (us-east-1).
- OpenAI — AI content generation (replies, DMs, comments, lead scoring). Your project context and lead data are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training.
- LemonSqueezy — Payment processing and subscription management. We do not store your credit card details; they are handled entirely by LemonSqueezy.
- Google Analytics — Website usage analytics. You can opt out using browser extensions or cookie settings.
- Loops — Email communications and waitlist management.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
AI-generated content (replies, DMs) is stored as part of your project data and is deleted when you delete the associated project or account.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest (AWS), secure authentication (Cognito with JWT), and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
